Ever walk into a space and it either feels amazing or weird but you can’t quite pinpoint why?
The environment that holds onto the most negative energy is the home. It’s our safe space so we let it all out there.
That energy can get a little sticky. Imagine every upset, every fight, every anxiety swirling around.
It’s important to clear out heavy, stuck energy, which can leave us feeling tired, foggy, drained, and stuck in a rut.
Maintaining healthy energetic hygiene applies to you as an individual as well as your space.
The Process
It all begins with a morning ritual to get grounded, centered, and to connect with my own guides.
I then spend time connecting to the spirit of the house.
She communicates the current energy and areas I will need to focus on.
I gain clarity if there are any themes (like this house needs love or passion), and what specific tools I will need to bring with me.
This might be a combination of candles, sound, smoke, crystals, scents, flowers, etc.
I gather all the things and come over.
I like to do a little tour so I can make sense of what was revealed to me and how it relates to the space.
I take note of your intentions as the foundation for the blessing.
Then I find the perfect place for my altar and start the clearing/blessing.
Once I’m all done and I’ve gone back to my own home, I continue to light a candle for the house and anything else it might need.
I energetically check in a day or two later to see what the energy is like and make any recommendations.
I continue to check in as long as is needed until everything feels complete.
