There I was, in the middle of another painful breakup. Did I talk to my friends? Sure. But what helped me most was acupuncture. I started going when I was 19, and it connected me to something deeper, helping me feel grounded like nothing else.

Whether I had a cold or was struggling emotionally, acupuncture was my go-to. I was already on a spiritual path, but regular acupuncture sessions changed the course of my life.

Any type of energy healing is all about balancing the vital energy in the human body. It’s an alternative medicine approach aimed at reducing stress, relieving anxiety, and promoting overall well-being. 

Whether it’s clearing emotional blocks or boosting the immune system, energy healing methods can offer profound improvements in quality of life.

Justin Timberlake’s Experience with Energy Healing

When his stepfather, Paul Harless, was diagnosed with dementia, the Timberlake family tried various treatments. Ultimately, they turned to energy healer Charlie Goldsmith, whose work has been described as miraculous.

Just as clearing the congestion on the road restores flow, energy healing helps clear those blocks, allowing your body and mind to function freely and harmoniously again.

By focusing on the body’s energy flow, these methods can address emotional and physical imbalances effectively. What’s cool is that a lot of these modalities are often combined. In my practice, I’ve combined acupuncture, reiki, crystals, sound healing, and kinesiology.

  • Kinesiology: Uses muscle testing to identify and correct energy imbalances in the body.

My Personal Approach to Energy Healing

Attending acupuncture school opened my mind to various energy healing methods, and I’ve gone deep into many of the modalities I use today. As an acupuncturist and Reiki practitioner, I never stuck to just one approach—I love blending techniques.

My philosophy has always been that emotional healing and physical health are deeply connected. When we clear emotional blocks, the body often responds by feeling lighter, more energetic, and physically better. 

Even though my practice is mostly online now, I’ve found that these principles remain the same.

I help clients address emotional and spiritual imbalances, and this often leads to tangible physical benefits. A client who came in feeling stressed and exhausted, leaves feeling more confident, energized, and clear.

They’ll often say, “that was like ten years of therapy in one session!”

There are spaces in the human body that can only be accessed through energy.

When we align the conscious, subconscious, and energy body, it accelerates healing—what might take years in traditional therapy or physical therapy can be propelled forward in a fraction of the time.
